Ayoola Abimbola is an educator, researcher, and thought leader dedicated to nurturing the holistic development of educators. She aims to empower them to become influential leaders who inspire future leaders within their classrooms. Pursuing a PhD at the University of Nottingham, Ayoola explores the transformative power of collaborative professional development for teachers to enhance educational outcomes in Nigeria. Her vision includes establishing an online professional community for African teachers to collaborate, develop a strong personal and professional identity, and implement evidence-based research findings in their classrooms.
